1. Payment

Deenuna accepts payments via VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, and MobilePay. All amounts are stated in DKK (Danish kroner).

Deenuna uses Shopify Payments and PayPal as payment providers in the webshop.

All payments and card data are encrypted to ensure secure transactions.

The amount is only charged when the order has been shipped, and the customer will receive an email notification.


2. Order Confirmation

All orders are automatically confirmed by email.

Within a maximum of 8 hours on weekdays, you will receive an email if there are any issues with your order (such as out-of-stock or backordered items).


3. Delivery

Deenuna delivers on all weekdays.

Shipping within Denmark

We ship via GLS and PostNord or provide personal delivery. We reserve the right to choose the most suitable carrier for each order.

Shipping costs are weight-based and calculated automatically at checkout depending on the order.

  • Parcel shop delivery (1–5 business days) – 39 DKK
  • Home delivery (1–5 business days) – 60 DKK

Shipping within Europe, the United Kingdom, and Norway

We deliver throughout Europe, the United Kingdom, and Norway via PostNord and Bring.

Shipping rates, delivery times, and customs and tax information are shown at checkout.

For deliveries within the EU, VAT is applied according to the applicable rates in the destination country.

For orders to the United Kingdom, customs duties and VAT are included for orders under £135.

For orders to Norway, all customs duties and taxes are included in the price.

Please note that customs, tax, and import regulations may change, and the applicable rules at the time of delivery will always apply.

Any additional costs arising from changes in legislation, customs rules, or circumstances beyond our control are the responsibility of the customer.

Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected within 7 days after arrival at the parcel shop, it is considered unclaimed.

In such cases, the customer is liable for all costs related to return shipment and any reshipment, including shipping fees and charges.

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 20 Euro to cover administrative and processing costs.


4. Right of Withdrawal

You are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for items purchased on Deenuna.com.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order.

The withdrawal must be notified no later than 14 days after receipt. The goods must then be returned within an additional 14 days. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Withdrawal must be notified via email to info@deenuna.com. The email must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If a refund has been agreed, please provide your bank details so the refund can be processed.

Collection in workshop

For orders collected at our physical workshop, the withdrawal period begins when you receive notification that your order is ready for pickup.

Personalised products

Personalised products cannot be returned once the order has been shipped.


Condition of returned goods

Returned items must be in good and undamaged condition.

If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, you are liable for any reduction in value. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

You are responsible for any damage occurring during return shipping.


Damaged items upon delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@deenuna.com within 14 days of receipt and include photos. We will send a replacement free of charge.


Lost shipments

For lost shipments, claims must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We will generally send a replacement free of charge, but we may request confirmation of the delivery address or contact the carrier for clarification.


Returns procedure

  1. Contact us at info@deenuna.com and provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our response. We reply within 24 hours and send return instructions.

5. Warranty (Right of Complaint)

You are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with applicable law.

The warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.

It does not cover defects or damage caused by improper use of the product.

Return shipping costs for approved warranty claims are covered by Deenuna upon agreement.


6. Hanging of products and colours

Hanging

Most of our products include adhesive putty (elephant putty) or adhesive pads as a complimentary service.

It is the customer’s responsibility to assess whether their walls, wallpaper, doors, etc. are suitable for use with such products.

Deenuna is not liable for any damage caused by the use of adhesive products.

Colours

We strive to present colours as accurately as possible, but colours may vary depending on screen settings and resolution.

Minor colour variations are therefore not considered a defect.
