The amount will only be deducted from the customer's account once the order has been shipped and the customer will receive an email to this effect.
All orders are confirmed automatically (by email), and you will receive a notification by email within a maximum of 8 hours on weekdays if there are any problems with delivery (backorder / sold out items).

Shipping in Denmark
We ship as standard via GLS and PostNord or deliver personally, where we reserve the right to choose which shipping provider is most suitable. The price of our shipping is weight-based. Depending on the size and shape of the order, delivery options will appear when ordering, which are specific to your order as a customer. The different delivery options look like this:
Shipping in Europe
We ship packages throughout Europe with PostNord and Bring and it depends from country to country regarding prices, delivery methods and number of delivery days. When completing a purchase you can select the specific details applicable to your own country and get the applicable prices and delivery times. The below are estimated shipping prices and may vary at checkout.
Finland: Delivery to parcel shop €8.72
Sweden: Delivery to parcel shop 1-5 days – €6.71
Norway: Delivery to parcel shop – €29.51
France: Delivery to parcel shop 1-5 days – €11.40
Germany: Delivery to parcel shop 1-5 days – €11.40
Germany: Delivery to parcel shop 3-6 days – €8.05
Other EU countries: Delivery to parcel shop 3-8 days - €11.40
Preventing package pickup:
If the package is not collected 7 days after arrival at the parcel shop, the buyer is responsible for having the item returned. The buyer is also responsible for fees and costs that may occur during the return of packages or by canceling the purchase once the package has been delivered back to us.
Contacts the customer not info@deenuna.com immediately after returning the package, the total amount will be returned to the customer minus shipping costs and fees for return.
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased at Deenuna.com.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Cancellations must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after cancellation. As a customer, you are responsible for return costs.
The request for cancellation must be given by email to info@deenuna.com. In the message, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.
If a refund has been agreed, please send us your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Returned goods should be in good and undamaged condition. If returned goods show signs of damage or use, beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, you are liable for any impairment of the value of the goods. We estimate any impairment of value based on a specific assessment of the returned goods. You are responsible for any damage that may occur during return transport.
If something is damaged in the mail, please send a picture of the damaged product to info@deenuna.com no later than 2 weeks after the order is received, and we will be happy to send a replacement at no cost to you.
For orders lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 2 weeks of the expected delivery date. But don't worry! We will be happy to send you a replacement at no cost. However, we may ask for your assistance before sending a replacement, such as confirming with you if the shipping address was correct. We would also encourage you to get in touch with your local post office to try to locate the lost order.
1. Write to us at info@deenuna.com and let us know where the dissatisfaction lies. Please include the order number in the email.
2. Wait for our response. We will respond within 24 hours and will provide you with instructions for our return procedure.
There is a 2-year warranty. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. The cost of return shipments of this type is covered by Deenuna, by agreement.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of our products.
Suspension:
For the majority of our products, we typically include adhesive (elephant's net) or adhesive pads for hanging on walls, doors and the like. We include this as an extra service and helpfulness, which is based on several years of experience of use and feedback from customers. It is always the customer's responsibility to assess their own walls, wallpapers, doors and other things in their home to determine whether adhesive or adhesive pads will damage their walls, wallpapers, doors and other things. We do not take responsibility for any damage that may occur when using adhesive or adhesive pads, as the customer must know their home and assess for themselves what can cause damage to their home and furnishings.
Colors:
Although we have made great efforts to indicate colors and qualities as accurately as possible, computer colors and screen resolutions may vary. Minor color deviations are therefore not considered a defect within the meaning of the Danish Sales Act.
